These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, demo sessions, and courses offered by Xperio Learning ("we", "our", "us"). By enrolling in any course, attending a demo, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for school-going students. Enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Course Enrollment & Access

• Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Course schedules, batch timings, and instructors may change due to operational requirements.
• Access to classes, materials, or recordings (if any) is limited to the enrolled student and must not be shared.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners.
• Prices displayed are final unless stated otherwise.
• Xperio Learning does not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review the policy carefully before enrolling.

5. User Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during classes.
• Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe conduct may result in suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, logos, videos, and teaching methods are the intellectual property of Xperio Learning. Unauthorized copying, recording, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Photos & Videos

We may capture photos or videos during demos or classes for educational or promotional purposes (website, social media, YouTube). If you do not wish your child to be featured, please inform us in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Xperio Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
