Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Xperio Learning, we value transparency and fairness. This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are permitted, along with the expected refund processing timelines.

Robotics

• Full refund (after ₹1000 processing fee) if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
• 50% refund if cancellation is requested within 3 days of the course start date.
• No refund once the course has started.

Public Speaking

• Full refund (after ₹1000 processing fee) if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
• Full refund (after ₹2000 processing fee) if cancellation is requested within 3 days of the course start date.
• After course commencement, one month’s fee + ₹1000 processing fee will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Science Tuitions

Refunds for Science Tuitions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Parents are requested to contact us directly for review.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a valid cancellation request is approved:

• Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
• The refunded amount is credited back to the original payment method used during enrollment.
• Actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway and may take an additional 3–10 working days.

Mode of Refund

All refunds are processed via the same payment method originally used (UPI, card, or net banking). Cash refunds are not provided.
